FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and may be used to determine axial internal frequency of forced oscillations of rotors of power gyroscopes. The plant comprises magnetoelectric inverters connected to a suspension system for installation of a power gyroscope, a device of excitation of oscillations, a system to control plant operation. Besides, the plant is equipped with a vacuum chamber with a cover, magnetoelectric inverters are placed on the body of the vacuum chamber, and the system of suspension - in the vacuum chamber. Besides, the plant is equipped with a system of chamber vacuumisation and a system of thermal regulation of the chamber cavity placed in the cover of the chamber. Besides, the system of thermal regulation comprises Peltier elements and radiators, on which fans are installed, Peltier elements and drives of fan rotation may connect to the control system.

EFFECT: determination of axial internal frequency of forced oscillations of rotors of power gyroscopes.
