FIELD: precision instrument manufacture. SUBSTANCE: rotor is suspended in controllable three-coordinate electric field. Rotor is accelerated by means of rotating electromagnetic field and vector of kinetic moment of rotor is brought to axis coupled to vacuum chamber with the aid of permanent electromagnetic field. Linear vibrations of rotor which amplitude is equal to value of gap between vacuum chamber and rotor are formed along one coordinate of controllable electromagnetic field for short time period, less than 1 min, simultaneously with switching-on of electromagnetic fields. EFFECT: accelerated process of setting rotor to operating condition.
