SUBSTANCE: method involves chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers and dried plums cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, spring onion cutting and freezing, fresh green peas freezing, pork cutting, the listed components mixing with acetic acid, sugar, salt and black hot pepper, the produced mixture and sour cream packing, sealing and sterilisation. One additionally uses in the mixture composition ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake that is preliminarily poured with drinking water at a weight ratio equal to nearly 1:5 and maintained for swelling while the components are used at the following ratio, weight parts: pork - 219.1-275.5, chicken eggs - 40, potatoes - 174.6-84.1, tomatoes - 102.3, cucumbers - 99.1, carrots - 106.4-109.1, fresh white cabbages - 111.4, green peas - 49.6, dried plums - 72.7, spring onion -10, pumpkin seeds extraction cake - 8, sour cream - 90, acetic acid in conversion to 80% concentration - 0.2, sugar - 9.1, salt - 9.1, black hot pepper - 0.3, water till the target product yield is equal to 1000.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
