SUBSTANCE: method involves chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, parsley greens cutting and freezing, beef and pickled cucumbers cutting, fresh green peas freezing, the listed components mixing with salt, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation; the method specificity is as follows: one additionally introduces into the mixture composition ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake that is preliminarily poured with drinking water at a weight ratio equal to nearly 1:5 and maintained for swelling while the components are used at the following ratio, weight parts: beef - 268.9-276.7, chicken eggs - 100, potatoes - 320-337.5, carrots - 79.8-81.8, pickled cucumbers - 138.7, green peas - 89.2, parsley greens - 3.4, pumpkin seeds extraction cake - 15, mayonnaise - 100, salt - 10.5, water till the target product is equal to 1000.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
