SUBSTANCE: method envisages chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes and cucumbers cutting and blanching, spring onion, lettuce and dill greens cutting and freezing, fish fillet cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with preserved sugar maize, salt and black hot pepper, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
