SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with boiling, shelling and cutting hen eggs; cutting and blanching potatoes and cucumbers; cutting and freezing green onions, lettuce and dill greens; cutting fish fillet. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with canned sweet table corn, common salt and hot black pepper. The mixture obtained and mayonnaise should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
