DEVICE FOR UNBLOCKING FOLDING SIDE WALLS OF BOXES OR CONTAINERS Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC B65D6/18 

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for unblocking the folding pivotally attached to the bottom (6) side walls (2-5) of the boxes or containers (1). Two opposite end walls (4, 5) are made with the ability of locking with the adjacent side walls (2, 3). Unblocking is carried out at a rise of the actuating element (13) made in the form of a clasp, which is located with a spring prestress on the outer surfaces of the end walls (4, 5) and is directed along them. For actuating element (13) at its two outer ends, including the ends (15) of the clasp upwardly projecting in the direction (14) of rising, the means are provided (16, 17) of changing the direction of movement, which convert vertical movement while rising of the actuating element (13) in the horizontal movement, unblocking the side walls. The unblocking means (19) act on the spring tongue-shaped locking means (10) of the side walls (4, 5) engaged with the end walls (2, 3) and push them out of their locking position, embracing the end walls (2, 3). The actuating element (13) is located in the mobile element (26) of the wall made with the ability to move in the recess (24), open on the top, of the end wall in the (4, 5) extending in the end wall (4, 5) side rails (25a, 25b) of the recess (24) of the wall in the perpendicular direction parallel to the end wall (4, 5) to a position closing the recess (24) of the wall or releasing it. Interacting with the ends (15) of the clasp means (17, 18, 19) for changing the direction of motion during movement of displacement of the mobile element (26) of the wall in their set position in the end wall (4, 5) remain laterally near the recess (24) of the wall.

EFFECT: invention provides easy viewing and access to the contents of the container.
