SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detachable handle (1) configured to interact with cooking container (60), having side wall (61), which extends upwardly curved outward section (64) with free end (65), wherein said detachable handle (1) comprises retainer (20) movable between an open position and a closed position, wherein retainer (20) comprises retaining plate (21) configured to generate a force on free end (65) when retainer (20) is in a closed position, under the action of pressure generating means (47), wherein said force comprises vertical component F to lock free end (65) of bent section (64) opposite top support element (15). According to the invention, retainer (20) comprises protruding element (24) and said detachable handle (1) comprises hollow element (54) or vice versa, and in closed position protruding element (24) and hollow element (54) are inserted into each other to prevent recoil of retainer (20), when free end (65) creates on fixing plate (21) a force containing component F1, opposite to vertical fixing force F and having intensity greater than a given value.
EFFECT: simplified design of handle and possibility of interaction of handle with container for food preparation with provision of improved support allowing user to handle it easily and safely.
