SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to seals. The method for manufacturing of a brush sealing unit involves bending of the first plate-type element to create a helical shape, bending of the second plate-type element to create a helical shape, fixing of the first plate-type element to a drum, reeling of wire material around the drum and the first plate-type element, fixing of the second plate-type element to the drum, fixing of the second plate-type element and the first plate-type element to the wire and cutting of the wire to limit the bristle length. A system for manufacturing of the brush sealing is described.
EFFECT: improved reliability of brush sealing manufacturing.
