FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: seal assembly for turbomachine comprises front and rear rings, elastic plate elements, a fixed ring and a vibration damper. Front and rear rings are connected with fixed housing of turbomachine. Elastic plate elements are attached to inner surface of fixed housing so that front ring passes in peripheral direction beyond front surface of elastic plate elements, and rear ring passes in peripheral direction beyond rear surface of elastic plate elements. Elastic plate elements form a seal ring between fixed housing and rotor of turbomachine, where in each of elastic plate elements there is at least one slot. Fixed ring is attached to inner surface of fixed housing and passes in radial direction in slot made in elastic plate elements. Fixed ring passes in circumferential direction through elastic plate elements and between them so that fixed ring serves as a barrier for part of axial flow leakage between elastic plate elements. Vibration damper is located adjacent to elastic plate elements or on them, is made with possibility of damping vibrations and covers entire surface of elastic plate elements. When sealing gas path between fixed housing and movable element of turbomachine, front and rear rings are connected to fixed housing. Elastic plate elements are arranged on inner surface of fixed housing. Fixed ring is placed on inner surface, and vibration damper is placed adjacent to or on elastic plate elements.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures reliable suppression of oscillations of elastic elements of sealing assembly of turbomachine.
