FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for layer-by-layer synthesis of products. More specifically, but not exclusively, an object of the present invention relates to filament extrusion, cooling molten filaments deposited on the printing table and movement along various axes in a machine for layer-by-layer synthesis of products. The system for feeding a filament into the nozzle of a machine for layer-by-layer synthesis of products includes a filament extrusion unit, a nozzle holder and a nozzle assembly. The filament extrusion unit is designed to draw a filament on the spool. The nozzle holder includes a protruded area and defines a through hole. The through hole is also a part of the protruded area. The through hole receives the filament drawn by the filament extrusion unit. The protruded part is located below the point at which a filament exits the filament extrusion unit. The nozzle assembly contains a cooling chamber defining a through hole which interfaces with the through hole of the nozzle holder. The cooling chamber defines at least one groove that is coaxial with the through hole of the cooling chamber. The groove receives at least one sealing element and is defined where the nozzle holder interfaces with the cooling chamber.
EFFECT: invention reduces the leakage of molten filaments on the end of the nozzle, increases the efficiency of cooling molten filaments after stacking and the overall stability of machines for layer-by-layer synthesis of products.
