FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to military radio communication equipment and can be used to improve protection of mobile or stationary interacting radio objects from a radio-frequency radiation guided high-precision weapon (missile). The disclosed method involves emitting false signals which determine generation of the trajectory of the high-precision weapon which leads the weapon to a region which is safe for radio objects, for which a barrier zone for interacting radio objects is formed, where a high-precision weapon is captured and led in directions which are safe for the protected radio objects.
EFFECT: creating a virtual point of guiding a high-precision weapon (missile) further from the protected radio object at a distance greater than the effective striking radius of the payload of the high-precision weapon by changing supply of guidance energy to the homing head, which characterises the attacking radio-target of the high-precision weapon, so that its homing head is not able to maintain the direction towards the intended target, and rendering the guidance and control systems incapable of guiding the attacking missile to the target, which protects the radio object under attack.
