FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the device of radiological characterisation comprising at least one collimated radiological measurement probe (6), a sensitive end of which is placed into a mutually replaced collimator (2) with a field of view. The collimator (2) is installed in a holder (1) of the collimator, and a unit (3), formed by the collimator and the holder of the collimator, is inserted into a stack between two protective screens (5), at the same time the protective screens (5) are mutually replaceable with the possibility of their selection by thickness, at the same time the unit (3) of the collimator and holder of the collimator and protective screens (5) provide for protection of a probe (6) against parasite ionising radiation emitted by sources of ionising radiation, located outside the limits of the field of view of the collimator (2).
EFFECT: increased accuracy of identification of radioactive elements.
