FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power electronics. The resonance switch includes a first switch (1) with a first anti-parallel diode, a second switch (2), a capacitor (3) and an impedance coil (4); the lead of the first switch (1), connected to the anode of the first anti-parallel diode, forms the negative power lead (6) of the resonance switch. The technical result is achieved owing to that the second switch (2) is provided with a second anti-parallel diode and is connected in series to the impedance coil (4), connected in series to the first switch (1); the capacitor (3) is connected in parallel to the second switch (2), whose lead, which is connected to the cathode of the second anti-parallel diode, forms the positive power lead (5) of the resonance switch.
EFFECT: considerable reduction of dynamic losses in power switch circuits.
