SUBSTANCE: invention consists of the first key (1) with diode with back-to-back connection, the second key (2), capacitor (3) and inductor (4); in the claimed invention the second key (2) is equipped with diode with back-to-back connection, the key is connected in-series to the inductor (4) connected in-series with the first key (1) which is connected in parallel to the capacitor (3).
EFFECT: reducing voltage in the circuit of power keys of the claimed device.
