FIELD: electronics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power electronics, in particular to converters of electric energy with reduced power losses in semiconductor key elements, and can be used for creation of energy-efficient power modules used in autonomous inverters and pulse regulators. As elements providing zero currents and voltages, exclusively internal resonant components of structure are used. Technical result is achieved by the fact that external leads of auxiliary switch and additional diode are connected to circuit of basic element through conducting buses, distributed inductances of which are magnetically connected.

EFFECT: technical result is that all semiconductor keys and diodes, wherein both main and auxiliary switches at zero voltages and currents; wherein power of switching losses in the circuit is reduced almost to zero.
