SUBSTANCE: power module comprises two serially connected key units that are bidirectional by current with direct blocking capacity by voltage (the first key unit 1 and the second key unit 2), and serially connected a throttle (3) and the first and second capacitors (4, 5), key units (1, 2) of the power module are made with a reverse blocking capacity by voltage.
EFFECT: possibility to perform soft switching in AC circuits of current converters in case, when voltage in power outputs of a module changes its polarity.
