SUBSTANCE: in the device for preparing fodder, comprising a frame, the actuator is mounted with the ability to rotate the drum with the means for loading and discharging, the drum is made to form along the inner perimeter three or more helical right and left helical lines directed towards each other, and also internal three and more helical grooves with the equal pitch of the sections mounted of two subsections, made of three and more serially interconnected lateral sides of the isosceles trapezoids and isosceles triangles which bases in the subsections are located in different directions. The sections are interconnected with large bases of the trapezoids, and the subsections are connected in the section so that the bases of the isosceles triangles of one subsection are connected to the upper base of the isosceles trapezoids of the second subsection, and the bases of the isosceles triangles of the second subsection are connected to the upper base of the isosceles trapezoids of the first subsection.

EFFECT: increased intensity of fodder mixing and providing movement of fodder in horizontal location of the device.
