FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame, a drum mounted on it with the ability of rotation. The drum is mounted of sections assembled from two identical subsections made of an even number (at least four) of identical isosceles triangles alternately connected along the perimeter of the subsection with four identical equilateral triangles, forming the large and small end openings in the form of polygons. Two subsections are connected to each other into the section by the parts of the end large openings. The sections are connected to each other along the length of the drum with the sides of the small end openings to form a multi-start screw surface with the broken helical lines directed towards each other. The loading and unloading means are designed as sleeves, outside which the flanged discs are mounted, having openings for rigid attachment to the flange discs, which are mounted and rigidly fixed on both sides of the drum on its end openings. The inner surfaces of the sleeves at an angle α, equal to the angle of inclination of helical lines to their axis of rotation and to the longitudinal generatrices of the sleeves, are attached to the curved helical inserts in the form of curved plates folded not only in width, a radius equal to half the diameter of the sleeve, but also twisted in length along the helical lines with a pitch equal to the pitch of helical lines of the drum. The length of the helical inserts in the loading means is two times greater than the sleeve length and they protrude beyond the ends of the sleeves on both sides. In the unloading means the helical inserts protrude beyond the sleeve just to the side of the drum and enter in the internal cavity. Inside the drum along its length the wave-shaped spring is mounted, which is provided with a device for changing the coil pitch. The drum, the loading hopper, the unloading pins and the drive are mounted on the frame suspended by the rubber-cord pneumocylinders to the frame.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to increase the quality of feeds obtained.
