FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for control over oxygen content in fuel-air mix. Proposed device comprises enrichment promoter with enrichment chamber. Said enrichment promoter is arranged in intake manifold downstream of turbo compressor. Flow-through chamber is arranged inside said enrichment promoter parallel with enrichment chamber with enrichment membranes from polyvinyl trimethyl silane. Distribution flap with electronic control system is arranged at the inlet of enrichment chamber and flow-through chamber. Said electronic control system comprises mode parameter transducers, electronic control unit and actuator to adjust air flow rate via both chambers.

EFFECT: varied ratio between atmospheric air and enriched air feed.
