FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: engine incorporates, at least, four cylinders, two of which are working cylinders, the other two being compressors. Here, the first compressor is designed to compress and feed air, the other one makes the same for fuel-air mix. All the cylinders are linked to the same crankshaft. In the engine operation over the entire range of operating loads, the compressors compression chambers volume is varied and the compressors are adjusted independently to align the peaks of pressure of incident flow with the peak of rarefaction in the compressor cylinder being filled. The compressed new portion from the compressor is fed into the receiver-bypass manifold to ensure the alignment of pressure peaks of the compressor output pulse with the rarefaction peak in the working cylinder. Here, a new portion is fed into one of the working cylinder, and a similar portion is fed into the working cylinder in 360°.

EFFECT: higher specific power, lower fuel flow rate, lower toxicity of the exhaust and wider range of the engine adjustments.
