FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of sugars. Method includes stage of cellulose-containing biomass hydrolysis with obtaining water sugar solution. After that, obtained water sugar solution is filtered through nanofiltration membrane and/or reverse-osmosis membrane. Purified sugar solution is collected from the input side, and fermentation-inhibiting substances are removed from the side of filtrate. Said fermentation-inhibiting substances represent one or more compounds of organic acids, furane compounds and phenol compounds.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain sugar syrup purified from fermentation-inhibiting compounds in a simple way and increase efficiency of fermentative production of different chemical products.
