FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in general to corrosion resistant bushes which can be used in automotive industry, namely, for hinges of doors, bonnets and engine compartments, seats, steering columns, flywheels, bearings of balancer shaft etc. as well as in other industry branches. The bush comprises: a load-bearing underlayer (102) having the first basic surface, the second basic surface and edges; a sliding layer (110) connected to the first surface; a corrosion resistant layer (114) connected to the second surface and passing so that to cover the edges of the load-bearing underlayer (102). The corrosion resistant layer (114) comprises a layer of epoxy resin (118) including a hardener. Distinction of the bush as per the second version consists in the fact that its nominal corrosion resistance measured according to ISO 9227:2006 amounts to at least 120 hours.
EFFECT: production of an improved bush requiring no maintenance, having extended service life without maintenance and increased corrosion resistance.
