FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biologically active compounds and can be used in synthesis of antiviral medications. In particular invention describes conjugate of 2-methylthio-6-(glutadion-8-yl)- 1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-7-one with peptide of general formula (2), where peptide represents tripeptide Glycin-Cystein-Glutamin or other peptide, containing Cystein, whose SH-group is capable of passing into state of triolate anion and interact with nitrogroups of asoloazine, (2) 
S atom originates from Cystein SH-group, and X and Y can be represented by any amino acid, including L- and D-amino acids, their modified analogues, (n) - up to 100-amino acid residues with preservation of polypeptide conformation, which does not change reactogenicity and availability of Cystein residues.
EFFECT: application of claimed compound results in reduction of conjugate toxicity with preservation of high level of antiviral activity and enhancement of direct antiviral action at the level of cell cultures.
