FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modelling of cylindrical bodies with local grooves of complex shape, such as defects, cuts and structural grooves on surfaces of bodies. The body comprises a coordinate-measurement table to fix a 3D mould of the local groove with adjacent area of the cylindrical surface. The guide shaft with the indicator of the angular motion and the fixator is on the stands. On the shaft there is a carriage installed as capable of longitudinal motion. The section of the shaft eliminates rotation of the carriage relative to the shaft. The carriage has an indicator of linear movement of the carriage along the shaft. The 3D mould is fixed on the coordinate-measurement device, a next of area division by the angle and the generatrix according to the specified law. Radial coordinates of nodal points of the network of breakdown of the area of coordinates measurement on the surface of the mould are measured. The necessary number of the calculated layer is assigned by thickness of the cylindrical body in accordance with the selected scheme of integration and the number of finite elements by thickness, they determine rated coordinates of the network for layers.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of metrics determination in areas of surface shape deviation from cylindrical one, simplified device design.
