SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, carrots and bulb onions cutting, fresh white cabbages chopping and the listed components mixing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water at a ratio of 1:5 and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, sprats maintenance in salt solution, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the sprats, vegetable mixture and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
