SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synchronisation technology in a content delivery network (CDN) and is intended for active synchronisation of a distributed serving terminal in a CDN. The method includes a data synchronisation client requesting a data synchronisation processing manager to obtain a corresponding data synchronisation processing agent, establishing a validation connection with the corresponding synchronisation processing agent to acquire operation status of the corresponding data synchronisation processing agent; and the data synchronisation processing manager scanning a management side database, and if scanning shows a synchronisation task needing to be informed to the data synchronisation client, the data synchronisation processing manager generating the synchronisation task for the corresponding synchronisation processing agent in an actuating side database.
EFFECT: high system efficiency by reducing backbone network overload.
