SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. When a femto access point (FAP) currently connected to a terminal does not support a service required by the terminal, the FAP acquires information on base stations which support the service required by the terminal and sends the terminal information on the base stations which support the service, as a result of which the terminal is redirected to a target base station which supports the service required by the terminal.
EFFECT: high efficiency of realising required services.
