SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communications. Method performed by the wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprises steps of: transmitting, through a wireless transmission/reception unit (WTRU), an indication to a radio access network (RAN) of sending a network-less message (NAS) to a specific core network node associated with the corresponding service; transmitting, by wireless transmission/reception unit (WTRU), a network-less (NAS) level message; and receiving, from a radio access network, a user data packet for corresponding service through a specific core network node.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing expected quality of service (QoS).
