SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication. Said technical result is achieved by the fact that terminal selects radio resource used for service based on immediate proximity from candidate resource; and sends report information to first service server, wherein report information is used for reporting that terminal must perform service based on close proximity using radio resource, and is used by the network maintenance server, which owns the resource, to control the service based on the immediate proximity of the terminal, and the first service server is a service server in the home network of the terminal. In accordance with embodiments of the present invention, a terminal selects a radio resource used to perform a service based on proximity, in order to avoid loss of time caused by distribution of radio resource for terminal by base station, thereby increasing efficiency of terminal performance of service based on close proximity.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of terminal performance of service on the basis of close proximity.
