SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. An estimating initial time value for the first heart contraction is determined in a ballistocardiographic signal. Estimating values for further heart contractions are determined in the ballistocardiographic signal in an iterative way with application of the estimating initial time value, with each iteration at the stage of calculation containing evaluation of a target function, which contains a weighted sum of a multitude of evaluation functions. Each iteration stage in the process of calculation of estimating values for successive heart contractions in the ballistocardiographic signal is limited by a target interval after the estimating time value, calculated at the preceding iteration stage of calculation. To realise the method a device and a machine-readable carrier, which contains control software, are used.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to carry out estimation of the ballistographic signal by means of the minimal number of sensors, without losing diagnostics accuracy, in addition, it possesses high sensitivity for identification of irregularity patterns, for instance, in case of arrhythmias, and is reliable in work with artefacts, induced by motion.
