SUBSTANCE: data of the signal model containing the model parameter are determined. First prediction coefficient to be applied to the first previous discrete subband signal value is determined. Time interval of the first previous discrete value immediately precedes the time interval of the first discrete value. First prediction coefficient is determined in response to the model parameter using the first look-up table and/or the first analytic function. Second prediction coefficient to be applied to second previous discrete subband signal value is determined. Time interval of the second previous discrete value immediately precedes the time interval of the first previous discrete value. Second prediction coefficient is determined in response to the model parameter using the second look-up table and/or the second analytical function.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing low speed of data transmission with low level of spurious frequencies.
