SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, bulb onions cutting and blanching, small radish blanching and cutting, fresh white cabbages and lettuce cutting and freezing, almond kernels frying and crushing, skin-off tuna fillet cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with pasta products, salt, black hot pepper and mustard, mayonnaise and dry white wine mixing, the produced mixtures packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
