SUBSTANCE: method involves bulb onions cutting and blanching, small radish blanching and cutting, cutting and freezing fresh white cabbages and lettuce, cutting of skin-free cod fillet, the listed components with macaroni, salt, black hot pepper and mustard, mayonnaise and white dry wine, the produced mixtures packing, sealing and sterilisation. In the mixture composition of skin-free cod fillet and vegetables additionally uses ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake that is preliminarily poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce adhesion manufactured target product to container walls.
