FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: installation for thermal treatment of bakery yeast contains a vertically positioned cylindrical screen body 7. Positioned inside the body is a spherical resonating chamber consisting of two semi-spheres 5, 10. The upper part of the semi-sphere 5 is rigidly mounted on the cover of the screen body 4 and has in the centre a hole for the radiator 3 from the generator unit 1 positioned on the cover 4 having a hole The lower part of the semi-sphere 10 is perforated and fitted onto the shaft of a fast-running electric motor 9 over the paddle stirrer 11. The electric motor 9 is positioned under the base of the screen body 7. On the lateral surface of the body 7 there is a hole wherein a mincer 6 is embedded so that the mincer cutting mechanisms are positioned inside the hole in the upper part of the semi-sphere 5. Embedded at the junction of the lateral surface and the lower base of the screen body is a discharge nipple 8.
