FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: pipeline is mounted on posts articulated on a base with the possibility of rotation. At the top part of each post, a two-piece binding band with horizontal bolt-type flange connection of lower and upper elements embracing a pipeline with minimum clearance is fixed. On both sides of a pipeline with inclination from it, two steel wire ropes are mounted symmetrically, with the upper ends secured at a binding band and the lower ends hooked onto eyes at their bases. At that, each post is made of two beams of the same size, located at acute angle to each other, which vertex is pointed towards the pipeline. Each of two beams is articulated with flange connection of one two-piece binding band and individual bases of each beam with the possibility of rotation of the beams in plane along the pipeline axis. The upper ends of ropes are secured between the top beam articulations.
EFFECT: faster pipeline mounting process, use of support posts of the same size with the different height of the pipeline position at its various sections, increased transverse and buckling stability of a pipeline, higher reliability of its operation.
