FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: round road heading is carried out on both sides of hilly area through rock to mount pipeline sections. Every said section is arranged on running wheels to rest on guide rails secured at heading bed. Heading is carried out at β=arctgw, where w is factor of resistance to running wheel displacement over guide rails. Pipeline section on said every side is formed by welding adjacent pipe section before heading entry. Then, mounted pipeline section id displaced by rope winch with brake. Said winch are coupled by wire cable with detachable ring attached to the end of pipe being mounted. To fix mounted pipeline section in place, lever-type retainers are arranged over pipeline section length. Both pipeline sections are interconnected by compensator composed of resilient branch pipe jointed by sealed flanges with said both sections. Running wheels represent standard wheel pairs or separated wheels mounted on pipe brackets. In compliance with first version, levers of retainers are pivoted to pipes to interact with thrusts secured at heading bed. In compliance with second version, said levers are pivoted to heading bed and spring loaded thereto to allow lever top ends to interact with pipe. Surface pipeline sections adjoining underground sections are equipped with gates. Underground pipeline sections adjoining thereto are equipped with branch pipes and extra gates.
EFFECT: underground laying of oil-and-gas pipelines through highlands rocks, minimised labour input.
