FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to shaping of metal sections. Several forming devices form gradually the material unless a preset section with cross-section varying over its length is produced. Every forming device is arranged at the head including at least first and second drives of horizontal translation in direction perpendicular to section displacement and those of rotation. Said head is arranged at the angle to horizontal to avoid collision between formed material and rollers. Besides, it has at least one horizontal wheel to support formed material extending from roller line and to support register formed material displacement and circulation speed. Note here that said displacement is timed and transmitted to appropriate measuring device. Data from measuring device and first and second drives is fed to set of control means to calculate the position of every head during the entire process of shaping and to adjust the position of every said means.
