FIELD: metalware production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to the profiling of a metal tape. The equipment for profiling metal tape contains a housing, a roll holder, a plate with guides, in which several pairs of profiling rollers with the possibility of movement are installed, and a pair of supporting rollers. The housing is made in the form of a frame horizontally mounted on supports, with a plate fixed on it with rectilinear guides made in a horizontal plane, and two pairs of profiling rollers located in them with the possibility of moving relative to the plate. One pair of supporting rollers and two pairs of profiling rollers are fixed to the plate. In addition, eccentric bushings are introduced into the fastenings of the mentioned rollers, providing the necessary distance between the axes.
EFFECT: technological capabilities are expanded, productivity is increased, the quality of manufactured products is improved and the installation dimensions are reduced.
