FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: current-carrying spiral is made as a whole flat bar shaped of current-carrying polyhedral plates connected by jumpers, in each polyhedron between its circuit and the central opening there holes and slots made so that the conventional line of current passes along the whole working circuit of the plate. The outermost current-carrying plates are equipped with connecting terminals placed in parallel to each other. Then the plates are bended at points of jumpers' location and the axes of central openings are adjusted. Then working area of current-carrying plates are insulated electrically and pressed till they come into a touch. At that the minimum number of shaped polyhedron faces is selected as multiple to the number of turns in the manufactured inductor. The holes and slots are placed at the polyhedron peaks, cross-section of one of the slots is made wedge-like, and the sides forming the wedge continue jumpers faced to each other and perpendicular to adjoining polyhedron faces while its narrowed part is connected to the central opening.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability.
