FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication and can be used for downlink control channel signalling on common access channels. Wireless communication device employs a method which comprises receiving a plurality of subframes, each subframe having temporary frequency resources, wherein at least one of the subframes has a control channel, wherein a plurality of subframes forms a continuum of concatenated subframes. Control channel includes a plurality of resource allocation fields, wherein each resource allocation field is associated with at least one corresponding subframe of a plurality of subframes, wherein each of the plurality of resource allocation fields indicates resource allocation to the wireless communication device based on the channel quality report, wherein the plurality of resource allocation fields indicates assignment of resources in a subframe from a continuum of concatenated subframes. Subframe of a continuum of concatenated subframes includes information indicating that at least some of the resource assignments are frequency-spaced. Components of the frequency diversity resource for use by the wireless communication device are selected based on information indicating that at least some of the resource assignments are frequency-spaced.
EFFECT: technical result is dynamic assignment of corresponding type of resource blocks.
