FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and sports and can be used for training and health-improving exercises, in particular for prevention of various diseases. The device for training and health-improving exercises comprises a base, a seat mounted on it, having the ability to change its position, the support for the left and right leg, and the means for spreading the supports connected to them and intended to impact on it with hands. The device is provided with a guide, fixed rigidly on the base, a slider mounted on the guide with the ability of longitudinal movement, pivotally connected to one of the ends of each support, and a hinge mounted on the slider with the ability of longitudinal movement and subsequent fixing in the desired position. The means for spreading the supports is a rod on which a spring-loaded load element is located with the ability of longitudinal movement. One of the ends of the rod is connected to the rotary part of the hinge and at its other end the handle is mounted.
EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of application of the small dynamic forces by the trainee, while simultaneous creating conditions for activation of all human body systems.
