FIELD: exercise machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for training arm muscles and girdle muscles in the process of general physical training, special physical training and for rehabilitation purposes. Exercise machine for training arm muscles and girdle of upper extremity includes frame with support for knees, support with seat and two rotary portals. Portals are made with possibility of rotation in horizontal plane in bearings, which are fixed on horizontal elements of frame. Every portal comprises turn angle retainer coupled with sector secured on the frame and comprises carriage to displace in guides. Carriage includes handle on one side and load bushing on the other side made for placement of at least one weighting agent on it. Knee support and the seat are designed so that to enable adjustment of the height according to the trainee’s height.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of trainings and expanded range of performed health-improving and training exercises.
