FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises formation of rearing broodstock by growing from the early stages of ontogenesis from the batch of donor stocking material imported at different time, as well as mature and close to the maturation fish caught in natural water reservoirs. The reproductive broodstocks of sturgeons are created with complete renewal of breeders for 4 years, with an annual replacement of 25% of breeders. For replacement the imported breeders - 10% are used, the ones taken from juvenile of the own population - 10%, and taken from females of the own population and defrosted male reproductive cells from the cryobank - 5%.
EFFECT: formation of highly productive broodstock and increasing the level of heterogeneity of production populations.
