SUBSTANCE: method comprises subcutaneous administration of denatured emulsified placenta in an amount of 20 ml on the 1 and 7 days of treatment, intramuscular administration of trivitamin at a dose of 15 ml on the 1 and 7 days of treatment, intrauterine administration of Endometronag-T in an amount of 50 ml on the 1, 3, 5, 7 days of treatment and intrauterine administration of probiotic Monosporin in an amount of 5 ml once a day on the 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 days of treatment. At that Monosporin is diluted with 0.9% sodium chloride solution in a ratio of 1:3, the resulting solution containing 1 cm3 1×108 CFU spore-forming bacteria is administered into the uterus using disposable polystyrene pipette.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to reduce losses from diseases and to increase the milk yield of cows.
