FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in installations for independent power supply, heat supply, supply of hot water, steam and coolant. A power installation is connected to a heat network, a water main, a power supply network (1) and an emergency power supply network (61) and comprises an electric generator (3), a gas diesel (4), a system (5) for engine oil cooling with the first circulating pump (9), a system (6) for cylinder block cooling with a bypass main line (7) and a thermostatic valve (8), a pressurisation system (10) and a gas exhaust system (11) with the first and second power driven gate valves (12) and (13). Each system is equipped by heat exchangers - heat recovery units (14), (15), (16) and (17). A heat exchanger set between the heat exchangers - heat recovery units of the pressurisation system and cylinder block cooling system is made as the first heat exchanger - heat recovery unit (18) with intermediate heat accumulating substance. The installation comprises an economiser (22) with an open-type heat exchanger (23) for water heating, heat accumulating units (27) and (28), a boiler (24) with an open-type heat exchanger (25) for heating water by steam and with a contact heat exchanger - heat recovery unit (26). The installation is fitted by the second and third circulating pumps (29) and (30), a hot water boiler (31), a heat exchanger - cooling liquid heater in the cylinder block cooling system, a heat exchanger - steam generator (32), the second heat exchanger - heat recovery unit (33) with the intermediate heat accumulating substance, an absorption refrigerating installation (34) with a desorber (35) and an evaporator (36), power accumulators (37), a rectifier and transducer of voltage, a switching device (38), a software module block (58), three electro-driven cocks (39) (40) and (41), seven two-way electro-driven cocks (42), (43), (44), (45), (46), (47) and (48), the third electro-driven gate valve (49), a two-way electro-driven gate valve (50), three temperature sensors (19), (51) and (52).

EFFECT: increasing heat energy recovery degree.
