DEVICE FOR DIAGNOSIS AND CONTROL OF ALTERNATING-CURRENT CIRCUITS Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC G01R31/00

Abstract RU 2518843 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device for diagnosis and control of alternating-current circuits contains a contactless capacitance sensor (1), a differential signal amplifier (2) and processing and displaying unit (4) which input is connected to the amplifier (2) output. At that the capacitance sensor (1) is made as a multilayer plate (6) containing two current-conducting working layers (7) and (13) which are connected to the amplifier (2) inputs, a current-conducting screening layer (9) placed between them and equipped with grounding (10) and two layers of dielectric (11) and (12) separating working layers (7) and (13) from the screening layer (9). Design of the sensor as a differential capacitance sensor (1) with two sensing elements (18) and (22) separated by the grounded screening layer (9) allows protection of the device from external electromagnetic interfering fields and due to that exclusion of their impact on the shape and level of signal generated at the amplifier (2) output.

EFFECT: improving reliability estimate of the diagnosed objects state, expansion of functionality of the device for diagnostics and control of alternating-current circuits, reducing labour intensity and increasing operational efficiency of the objects diagnostics, reducing demands to qualification of the device operator.
