FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: into a diagnostics system, comprising a generator of testing noise with a field generating system and a sensor of an electromagnetic field with a recording device, there is an additional sensor of electromagnetic field added. The recording device is equipped with two threshold circuits. Sensors of the electromagnetic field, threshold circuits and the recording device are installed in the cavity of one of instruments, with an outlet to an external indicator. Sensors are made in the form of conducting plates that cover insulation of a non-screened section of a pair of conductors of an instrument-to-instrument cable power line. One of threshold circuits is equipped with a buffer cascade with a non-symmetrical inlet that matches its input resistance relative to the body of the instrument with reactive resistance of capacity of one plate relative to the conductor of the cable power line. Another threshold circuit is equipped with a buffer cascade with a symmetrical input, which matches its input resistance with reactive resistance of serially connected capacitors of the pair of plates relative to the conductor of the current-conducting strand of the cable power line.

EFFECT: possibility to diagnose stability of radioelectronic complexes to intentional power electromagnetic impacts directly on a vessel in process of performance of routine works, provided by facilities of regular components of their structural-assembly units built into diagnosed instruments.
