FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: system of automatic control and regulation of industrial and ecological safety of emissions of high temperature steam and gases with disperse material (soot) in apparatuses after safety valves in emergency situation. Invention relates to field of control and regulation of industrial and ecological safety at enterprises of chemical, petrochemical and gas industry, where take place emissions of high temperature steam and gases with soot in apparatuses after safety valves, especially for technological process - pyrolysis in production of furnace black or obtaining hydrocarbon gases with high content of unsaturated hydrocarbons, used in petrochemistry. System of automatic control and regulation has device - reception pipe for collecting emissions in apparatuses after safety valves, as well as device - soot collector for condensation and separation of soot. Soot collector has screw swirler, located in mesh casing. Desirable rate of gas flow introduction is about 40 m/sec. gas flow, passing through screw swirler with angle of swirler attack 30°, is pressed to mesh casing under action of centrifugal force with sedimentation of soot on it. As mesh casing is continuously moistened with water from external side, soot layer swells and slides under gravity action to the bottom of apparatus, and then through regulating valve soot together with mud flow is discharged into reservoir - water-mud accumulator, from where it is supplied on drum vacuum filter, where soot is removed by plate-knife and after that supplied to discharge screw to be supplied to the place of packaging into polyethylene bags for further application as commercial product.

EFFECT: increased reliability and simplicity of system operation in emergency situations in case of emission of high temperature steam and gases with disperse material.
