SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of application of atomic energy for peaceful purposes. A rubber-tyred car for off-road transportation of people and goods contains a nuclear power unit emergency control unit with temperature and pressure sensors, two water-jacketed nuclear power units to remove reaction heat through the walls of nuclear power units and generate water vapor, a shelf scrubber to collect harmful emissions in the event of a nuclear power unit accident with a decontamination system with an aqueous solution of 0.5% sulfuric acid, a disc-type water vapor separator for separating water droplets from a water vapor stream, a steam turbine with a generator and an electric current transformer for driving a car with an electric motor and a pulley for V-belt transmission to driving front wheels of the vehicle, horizontal contactor with U-tubes inside to mix and neutralize acidic uranium complex compounds from the bottom of the shelf scrubber. The output of the contactor is connected to a hydrocyclone to separate the solid phase of uranium hydroxide U(OH)4.

EFFECT: possibility of autonomous transportation of people and goods over long distances is achieved.
